The CTO will lead, mentor and organise a growing development team. •Monitor the existing version •Decide on the necessary technology for the development of the new version (V.3) of the platform based on the latest technology (back-end, framework, front-end technology, data base, etc…) •Manage the transition from the current version to V.3 •Grow the development team based on the requirements of the new version •Report to the strategy division The CTO will make sure the platform development is scalable and can be easily integrated with 3rd party products and applications. New functions will include mobile versions. (iOS and Android) This is a Hands On role requiring the CTO to code alongside his team.
