This position is integrated into the Online Learning unit. One of the pillars of the department will be to deliver data-driven education as a way to ensure effective, adaptive and personalized learning experiences. This person will be involved in learning projects with the aim to develop top-quality online programs mainly focused on business areas, but not only, and with both synchronous and asynchronous pedagogical resources. The candidate will closely work with professors, program managers and project managers of mainly online programs to provide insights to on a variety of topics such as: • Effectiveness of the different learning resources, • Design of new interventions and evaluation of their effectiveness • Relative performance of students and optimal peer to peer learning experiences It will also be important to identify and analyze trends and complex data from the course for the teaching team to use this information to provide a personalized learning experience to participants. Work on data visualization, reporting and dashboard design will be another important task for the candidate holding this role. Assistance on other data intensive processes related to the commercial agenda is also expected.
