Deliver strategic projects on behalf of Executive sponsors:
Lead cross-functional teams in planning and delivering product releases and/ or business changes
Based on existing processes, structure an appropriate and effective level of project governance in order to manager stakeholders across the business (IT, marketing, product, analytics, finance, operations and sales) including senior stakeholder management up to Executive level
Demonstrate control of delivery to stakeholders throughout a complex matrix environment, across international boundaries and detailed and precise reporting
Help gathering inputs from key stakeholders and come up with analysed data that allows business make right project prioritization
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Deliver strategic projects behalf of executive level sponsors:
Provide incisive and meaningful project reporting and clear recommendations to enable effective executive decision making
Making most efficient utilisation of resources from both internal Equifax Technology and external Technology Suppliers/Partners
Negotiation of costs and schedules with internal suppliers (and occasionally external suppliers)
Proactive resolution of Issues and Risks with formal closures
Producing accurate Reporting and Communication on Statuses
Developing key metrics/kpi's for all areas of responsibility
Stakeholder Management -
Identifying key Stakeholders and building relationships with them
Providing key information in a clear and timely manner to enable effective decision making at executive level
Agreeing & Delivering communication plan to key Stakeholders
Negotiating with -
All internal business areas to secure resource and commitments to deliver to schedules
External departments and customers to agree responsibilities and key milestone deliverables
Budget Management -
Producing accurate Financial Budgets and Forecasts and managing to them
Processes and Controls -
Contributing to and defining the methodologies in use within Equifax
Contributing to and defining appropriate Development/Support Processes
Managing services to agreed processes, thus ensuring compliance audit
General -
Contribute to the company's image through a professional approach
Keep up to date with Equifax products, services, market and regulatory conditions
Requirement to travel as needed
Other additional duties as can be reasonably required to fulfill the role

Sector knowledge desirable but not essential: Able to develop both a broad understanding of the whole Equifax business and a deep understanding of parts of the Equifax business to identify and influence deliverables and solutions. Able to use their business knowledge to proactively identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate and relevant solutions, actions and outcomes. Able to use their network of business stakeholders to business advantage. Recognised by the business as someone that understands their challenges and opportunities.
