Reporting to: Head of Sales
Our client is an international media and marketing consultancy agency with presence in Madrid. They offer unequalled global access to quality audiences across all advertising channels. They combine data, insights and cutting edge technology to help companies reach their marketing goals.
Specific Functions: Deliver revenue to the business in accordance with agreed levels and timeframes from commercial partners you have identified and developed. Maintain these partners and develop relationships further to maximise revenue potential + new business. Be open and transparent with the business on accurately forecasting achievable revenue.
Role Profile: The purpose of the role is to sell our client's portfolio to chosen agency group /direct clients. Digital (direct, mobile, video, Programmatic) Print and TV.
Job Functions:
* Represent our client's business and product suite effectively in the market
* Creatively prospect potential partners suitable for the business products and resources appropriate to company commercial goals
* Nurture relevant commercial prospects in a time appropriate way according to agreed targets to generate revenue for the business
* Effectively manage these partners on a day to day basis with the assistance, guidance and support of the sales team and trading desk Managers
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 2/3 years’ experience
* Successful sales pedigree, preferably selling agency sales teams or direct clients.
* Knowledge of the digital display, video and mobile video market and supporting technologies
* Proven ability to multi-task and nurture multiple prospects and commercial partners whilst meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Existing relationships within the digital advertising industry is a plus
* Consultative approach
* Languages: Spanish and English (business level), additional languages are aplus
* Excellent organisational skills, time management and project management skills
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Tenacious, proactive and solution driven attributesThe key result areas:

Salary and benefits:
Competitive salary, open to negotiation based on experience. Quarterly OTE bonus based on performance.
