Marketing
· Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for the company.
· Establish the operational marketing policy for the Sales Department.
· Provide support to Sales in channels, advertising and merchandising.
· Coordinate and oversee the launch of advertising and promotional campaigns for our properties.
· Develop and monitor the marketing budget for the Sales area with the aim of driving AC Hotels brand recognition and positioning.
Corporate Identity
· Monitor the implementation of brand policies in all procedures and internal documents of the company to ensure a consistent use of the AC Hotels by Marriott brand identity.
eCommerce and Distribution
· Negotiate agreements with website vendors and service providers.
· Update and maintain AC Hotels by Marriott website content (Brand site and Hotel websites)
· Web positioning and on line sales strategies (OTAS)
· Oversee the design, development and maintenance of the AC Hotels by Marriott web site.
Team Management
· Oversee the Marketing and eCommerce Department´s activities.
· Set monthly goals based on quality ratios and follow up on goal achievement.
· Suggest and execute corrective measures in case of deviation.
· Plan and participate in the team training.
· Motivate and engage Marketing and eCommerce team members to ensure excellent performance.
