-Month "Start Teaching" Program Linguam Fundation is looking for proficiency English speakers (C2 required) willing to live a fantastic experience, teaching in a Spanish school as an English language assistant for three months, starting in October 2015. This internship grant is a unique opportunity to gain classroom experience in a bilingual environment. You will deliver 20 teaching hours a week of conversational activities to reduced groups of children under the supervision of a tutor, receive additional university training and get paid for it. Selected candidates will: • Join a Spanish school to cooperate as language assistants with 20 teaching hours per week, starting in October 1st 2015 - until December 23rd 2015, with the same holidays as the school. • Receive a monthly stipend of 700€ to cover their living expenses. • Receive a 6 ECTS credits TEFL certified course delivered in English online by a Spanish university, which will be fully paid by the program. Participants already holding a TEFL certificate will attend an equivalent CLIL course instead. • Have health insurance (Seguridad Social) covered by the program. • Have support from the school´s designated Tutor, helping the language assistant in his/her task. • Gain a certificate of completion at the end of the program Find out more about this offer and apply through Europe Language Jobs: http://goo.gl/XavFqp
Qualifications-Desirable candidate profile: • EU citizen. • Proficiency English level (C2). • Someone who enjoys working with children and / or young people. • Energetic and imaginative. • With no prior criminal convictions. • Due to current legislation, this program is only available to under 30s.
