Descripción
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Produce reimbursement files and review clients reimbursement claims to detect any inaccurate, inconsistent or incomplete elements or missing documents
- Reply to emails and other client’s enquiries related to reimbursement claims
- Manage customer’s escalations
- Operationally coordinate and administrate file, validation of cases and their reimbursement with the Trust and Security team, management and Finance.
- Serve as contact point for our Insurance Partner
- Coordinate amendments and update our terms and conditions for our clients insurance products in collaboration with our Legal team
Your objectives:
- Be knowledgeable on our insurance products
- Manage clients enquiries within the deadlines set
- Monitor Claims Pay Out
- Daily monitor of requests, ongoing cases.
- Provide feedback to EU Manager.
