We are currently looking for an energetic, highly organized, and multi-skilled individual to join our agile, talented, and growing Guest Services team in here in Madrid. As a sharp thinker and efficient doer, you will help us reimagine the role of a Guest Services Representative and, as its next incarnation, will also expand your customer service skills immensely, taking the best of our operational services on the road (literally) and directly to our clients. The role will involve conducting check-ins/check-outs as well as (along with your fellow colleagues) assisting in the upkeep of our daily inventory and delivery, cleaning schedules, and concierge duties, and addressing guest requests in person. You will also be required to ride a company motorbike to appointments around Madrid during working hours, which will include weekends. The most important thing is that the successful candidate will be joining a fast growing company that offers an excellent environment in which to develop both personally and professionally, with multi-national colleagues and a career path over which they have total control. • Minimal level of studies: Formación Profesional Grado Superior o Diplomatura - Turismo • Minimal experience required: Previous experience in hotels preferably in front office and/or dealing with guest assistance will be highly valued • Skills o Guest complaints o Guest assistance o High level of English.
