As a member of the regional sales and adoption team, take ownership and responsibility for building and executing the necessary hotel sales adoption processes/reporting to drive hotel sales in the target sales market.
Provide support, advice, training and issue management to customers to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction with hotel product and content . Provide support to the hotel sales team as necessary.
Main responsibilities
Define sales and adoption processes
- Define sales and adoption processes, training material, reporting/monitoring of sales and adoption activities.
- Provide product support and advice to sales to assist them in creation of sales material.
- Provide input to sales to assist in the prioritization of target customers.
Responsible for customer set-up and training
- Liaise with customers to validate Hotel environment working correctly. To be managed via on-site customer visit or remotely as required.
- Work with the local commercial offices, service bureau and other teams to ensure customer environments are working properly. Manage issue resolution as necessary.
- Work with other internal teams to provide access to value hotels content to target customers.
Responsible for sales adoption set-up and adoption
- Be first point of contact for commercial offices on all multisource deployment questions and ensure that processes are established and respected.
- Work closely with service bureau to on-board new customers and convert lookers to bookers.
- Monitor and report adoption process, including progress on customer set-up, commercial/product feedback, blocking issues and search/booking activity.
- Work directly with customers and sales to assess and manage the timely resolution of any blocking issues.
- Provide customers with training on hotel product/content and support and advice as required.
