We have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist, eager to contribute to our HR team. The main responsibilities of your role will be:
- To manage the recruitment activity of the Company, in liaison with the Recruiting Manager, in order to guarantee the efficiency of the recruitment process as well as to train our Managers on best recruitment practices.
- To contribute and participate in any HR projects (Job description guidelines, Competency framework, ATS and KPIs implementation etc.) alongside the Managers of the HR Unit.
- To support the Comps & Bens Manager on the job mapping, compensation analysis and any HR Admin matters.
- To collaborate with the Training and Internal Comms Manager on the administration of Training courses and Training plans.
