Requisitos: · Manage programs within accepted practices or standards related to time, quality and budget.
· Have basic program/project management knowledge - preferably a qualification in project/program managemet (e.g. PRINCE2 Certification - or equivilant)
· Have managed at least one major business (non-technical) program involving change management and involving communication at mid-to-senior levels of management
· Experience working in a complex, global organization - either as program or project manager - or some exposure (as a stakeholder) on a major, global (non-technical) business project implementation.
· Is able to clearly communicate and work through influence by adapting style to reflect changing needs of the program, leading regular virtual and face-to-face program meeting with wider stakeholder group.
