Requisitos: -Technical knowledge required in qualification
-Computing degree or technical engineering
-High level English language
-Ability to travel
-5-7 years of experience as IT Service Manager.
-Demonstrable experience and knowledge in ITIL processes implementation projects: incident management, problem management, configuration management (CMDB) and assets management.
-Demonstrable experience in BMC suite tools implementations (ITSM, Topology, CMDB, RemedyForce, Remedy Ondemand, etc.)
-Knowledge in other ITSM tools as CA ServiceDesk Manager, HP ServiceManager, ServiceNow, etc.
-Knowledge in methodologies, standards and best practices about IT service management (ITIL v3, COBIT, ISO20 000, etc.)
-Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
