We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist Intern to join our business within our Madrid office. Is this you? Primary Responsibilities - Assist the IT team in their support function, resolving and tracking support incidents. - Troubleshoot and install of operating system and software application issues (Mac & Windows). - Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues. - Troubleshoot network printing issues. - Work closely with management and other teams to support companywide projects. - Manage and maintain inventory of company assets, systems and peripherals. - Assist in new staff orientation. - Basic Qualifications. - High school diploma or general education degree. - Ability to speak and write effectively in English. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong critical thinking and task planning skills. - Strong aptitude to learning new technologies. - Microsoft Office knowledge (Mac and Windows platforms) Preferred Qualifications - General understanding of basic backup systems. - General understanding of cloud environments. - Active Directory Services systems. - General understanding of IP telephony systems. - Strong propensity to work in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance. - Experience with remote management systems.
