Job Mission You will be the single point of contact for our outsourcing teams – you will have to elaborate technical specifications, align with the supplier teams’ activity and oversee that the tasks are done in a quality and timely manner. Together with several talented teams of design engineers, you will plan the workflows and supervise that they are delivered as agreed with the end clients. Job Description Your role will be to coordinate the activity and the workloads of the outsourcing teams, you will make sure that the technical specifications are clear and the teams are functioning in an efficient manner. You have a helicopter view of the overall activities, but your technical knowledge will help you understand the small issues which might occur. You will define work packages views to the outsourcing parties. You will make sure that the development teams have a clear view of their tasks, progress, deadlines and end goals. You will distribute the workload evenly and you will supervise that the development teams have all the tools, information and the necessary guidance to complete their tasks. You will drive the projects that our outsourcing teams are handling; you will make workload planning and adjust it accordingly if required. You will verify if the delivery fulfills the functional correctness and with the required quality level Education BSc. or MSc. in Electronics or Technical Software, Informatics or Computer Science Experience • You should have at least 5-10 years of experience in software development for embedded systems, created specification which are implemented by a team and have experience with managing multiple teams • C, Python, Shell scripting is required. C++ is a plus • Networking • Linux, VxWorks & Solaris Personal skills Our new colleague will have to be passionate about working in a multinational, enterprise environment.
