HR Solutions Denbolan selected for major multinational telecommunications sector , located in the Las Tablas an /a Junior Recruiter (Dpto. de HR).
The main purpose of the position is to guarantee the attraction, screening and selection of top talent from the market, creating a candidate pool that allow us gain time to market as a competitive advantage to intensify company’s growth. Partnering with Managers, this position needs to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of their areas and to deliver best talent to the organization, in a timely and cost efficient manner. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going relationships.
Functions:
ETT&student full cycle recruitment processes of different profiles, working under specific deadlines (HC request, selection process and recruitment management):
- Direct contact and relations with different ETT and student external provider
- Scheduling and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Support to the senior recruiters with the internal staff recruitment (mainly technical positions).
Employer Branding. Propose and collaborate in all employer branding activities to promote
companys reputation as a recognized employer (job fair E2E organization for ecample).
