Position & Missions
Based in Hungary (frequently international business trips - 70% time)
You will in charge of:
Market Analysis
Develop studies aimed at understanding the needs and customers’ expectations. Understanding of competitors position and provide competitive intelligence.
Identify business development opportunities.
Strategy
Develop and structuralize the marketing strategy (branding, product positioning) of our concept into the new markets in line with the global strategy and main goals..
Operational Marketing
Identify target and action plans.
Implementation of a sales optimisation process.
Sales and marketing reporting, analyses and recommendations.
Communication
Supervising and control communication actions in France and the subsidiaries (advertising, promotion, digital communication)
Main Responsibilities:
Anticipate future needs and optimize sales.
Management and team work within the departments involved in the different projects.
Marketing and communication budget management proficiently.
Technical skills:
Wide marketing experience (studies, marketing, product, leading strategy, and operational marketing)
Capacity to understand the customer needs and plan in advance.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Good knowledge of digital marketing.
Skills

Experience & Background
+7-10 years’ experience in strategic and operational marketing on sport/ leisure industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in Marketing, Communication or Publicity.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication). Other languages would be a plus.
MS Office proficient.
In Design Graphic design skills a plus.
Proven experience in sports (especially swimming pools environment) and leisure industry desired.
Sportmen/sportwomen a high level strongly appreciated.
Salary negotiated according to experience and qualifications.
