IE is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Department. The primary responsibility for this position is to execute marketing actions across HST Programs to drive revenue and increase engagement. The marketing specialist will use first party data to better create, target and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value. This position requires good organizational skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. The Marketing Specialist must work with many individuals across IE as well as with outside partners.
Key Action Areas:
Participate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across HST Programs with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development.
Maintain comprehensive and coherent end-to-end customer journey maps that incorporate customer interactions, experiences and opinions.
Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.
Ability to understand the customer target, write creative briefs and oversee the campaign set-up process through end-to-end coordination with an external creative agency.
Strong focus on tracking [and reporting on] campaign activity and results to measure their effectiveness and identify improvements for future [cross-marketing] campaigns.
Develop and report on specific to campaigns to foster iterative learning and proof points for improved cross-marketing campaigns over time.
Support discussions and activities to ensure the customer experience across all his journey.
Maintain and build HST positioning/branding in all executions.
Create, implement and coordinate content across marketing channels.
