Requisitos: *Native level: French + High level of english. *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Knowledge of software products and how they work in a customer environment is a plus. *Ability to interpret and apply technical concepts. *Strong analytic skills, attention to details. *Excellent research, innovation and problem solving skills. *Be able to work both independently and in a team environment. *Previous experience in customer service is a plus. *Good understanding of computer networks and architectures is a plus. *Knowledge of software products and how they work in a customer environment is a plus.
