Requisitos: Mandatory skills (Technology, knowledge and languages) - Senior Onsite technician profiles required. - Support VIP and TOP Management user base. - Highly trained technicians who masters all platforms and technologies at the moment and capable of keeping abreast of all technological innovations that appear in the IT World. - Agents will cover a 24x7 service (through shifts). - The agents will be required to work primarily in the client's main office in Madrid however trips to VIPs and Top Managers houses? or other national locations will be required when ENEL deem it necessary. - Key technologies are Windows, IOS as well as mobile technologies (IOS, Windows, Android) and diverse hardware (smartphones, tablets, PCs, Surface...) - Good presentation, skilled communicators and adept at dealing with client?s top management staff. - Fluent English in some of the team
