La persona que se incorpore en prácticas lo hará a través de una formación continua que le facilitará el aprendizaje y desarrollo de las siguientes funciones:
Some of the tasks you´ll have the opportunity to perform are:
- Perform pre-arrival and post-departure home inspections to make sure our standards and the guests´ expectations are met.
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival
- Receive and resolve guests´ requests during their stay
- Be the first point of contact to our guests during their stays
- Diffuse situations where something has gone awry, and reassure the guests (and your manager) that you've got the solution handled.
- Monitor daily maintenance works (paint touch-ups, replacing light bulbs and batteries, troubleshooting appliance issues, etc.)
- Schedule housekeeping activities
- Assist with Inventory management (consumables, supplies)
- Communicate and arrange amenities to welcome our guests (fruit baskets, champagne, gifts, etc.)
