Main job purpose - Support the current Global Procurement Products&Services Team in Spain, also the candidate will work closely with the Regional team to promote and execute the vision and mission of Procurement in local and global category strategies. - This position will be working on projects across Talent, Facilities, Professional Services and Marketing categories and as well Real Estate fit-out projects as appropriate. - Support the implementation of the strategic sourcing process including stakeholder engagement, opportunity assessment, market and requirements analysis, establishing sourcing strategy, supplier selection & negotiation and contract/supplier management Duties and essential job responsibilities - Build, manage and support local business relationships with stakeholders within Spain with the key focus of providing exceptional customer service. - Lead complex RFPs and negotiations and support the team in the analysis of the information and the negotiation of the contract in conjunction with the stakeholders. - Achieve cost reduction targets, help to develop new cost reduction strategies and improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management. - Report to the current Procurement P&S Manager in Spain. - Work in conjunction with specialist departments for Compliance, Legal and Risk etc. to ensure the Firms legal and regulatory requirements under applicable Laws are met and take guidance both internally and externally on matters which require specialist technical knowledge. - Work effectively with other category and geographic Procurement teams to develop/promote the use of common processes, and tools.. - Collaborate with central category management team on cross border opportunities and assist with the further roll out of the Source to Pay ("S2P") strategy and operations within Spain. - Assistance to the local users of the Spanish Interim Procurement Tool. - Contribute with the Contract Management Tool.
