Eternal Tours, Inbound Tour Operator located in Madrid specialist in Europe destination, is searching to full fill the position of purchasing and product head. We are looking for an experienced contractor and product specialist for the European Market (hotels, buses, guides,restaurants, etc.) to join our team as soon as possible. She/He would be responsible of: • Contracting hotels/services in Spain & Europe and be accountable for negotiating rates, terms and conditions with hotels and other travel suppliers. • The production of our brochures for Spain & Europe destination. The position would be based in our Madrid office and would be required to travel to visit hotels and other suppliers in Spain and all Europe, in order to negotiate contracts, attend meetings, workshops, trade fairs, etc. The ideal candidate would have the following skills: • Good know-how of the European destinations. • Proven experience in hotel contracting covering the European market for Groups and FIT segments. • Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers to achieve optimum results • Excellent negotiation skills • Fluency in Spanish & English language • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good level of IT skills • Experienced in the upkeep of website content
