Requisitos: · Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering; · Minimum 7 years in supply chain including cross-functional process improvement and/or cross-functional stakeholder management position; · Effective use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies and tools; · Proven ability to achieve high level results through continuous improvement methodology; · Excellent communication skills, team player, highly motivated self-starter, and can build relationships; · Experience in customer relationship handling and change management skills; · Ability to establish cross functional relationships, decision making and matrix organizations; · Strong analytical and computer skills; · Open-minded and able to work in a team either as a team leader or team member and to arrange group work; · Goal-oriented individual with a strong drive, who thrives on taking on responsibility and achieving results as part of a team;
