We are looking for a Sales Manager with German for an important multinational. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 10 people. Knowledge of German and experience of at least 2 years managing people in a Sales division is required.
As a Sales Manager with German, you will be leading the Sales division. Your objective will be to lead and manage a team focusing on acquiring, implementing and retaining strategic supplier relationships
You will be responsible for:
-Driving revenue growth to achieve targets, implementation of internal business initiatives and improving process efficiencies
-Represent the company in successfully executing supply relationship strategies for the region that enables the business to grow partners and improve long term relationships with both existing and new partners
-Drive the partner success model to achieve targets and results including working cross functionally with marketing, customer service and finance
-Lead a team to deliver acquisition targets by securing and maintaining attractive rates and inventory
-Direct a team to maximize partners’ metrics and performance to deliver increases in conversion and optimization
-Continually coach and provide best practices and recommendations
-Optimize and control staffing and capacity planning
-Ensure team adherence to all company policies
