The Small Business Services (SBS) Telesales Executive will focus on strategic outbound campaigns to small and medium sized companies in the German market, targeting premium industries, with the aim to acquire new SBS card holders for American Express. In this role he/she will be responsible for the E2E process including new acquisition, analysis and prospecting, value proposition, objection handling, formal offers and contract management. She/he is expected to utilize worldwide policies and procedures and maintain a high level of knowledge on related products. In exchange American Express puts in place a very attractive incentive plan that strongly rewards top performance.
Responsibilities:
- Call small and medium sized companies with the aim to acquire new SBS card holders for American Express.
- Prospect and explore expansion opportunities.
- Present value proposition, handle objections, manage formal offers and contracts.
- She/he sees their customers as strategic partners and helps them to optimize their travel expenses and cash flow management.
- Utilize all available lead sources to achieve maximum sales conversion rates.
Requirements:
- German native speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Employment eligibility to work in Spain
- 2 -3 years’ Experience in sales roles (preferably in phone acquisition) ?
- Business studies or similar education
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-confident with a strong will to achieve and exceed goals
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to change from an individual contributor to a team player depending on the situation
- Strong analytical, oral and written skills
- Ability to think creatively
