ComTranslations.TV is looking for an English native intern or Latin American Spanish Intern to support its growing subtitling department across a wide range of film, television, and entertainment projects. Responsibilities: -Subtitling, simulation, spotting, transcribing, correlate, video adaptation, burn in. -Perform subtitling quality assurance -Translating, editing and proofreading of text translations and dubbing scripts -Perform linguistic quality assurance -Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team under constant time pressure -Terminology Management/glossary management -Administration support to project manager and team members Requirements: Native in English or Latin American Spanish and fluent in at least another language: Spanish, English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian, Danish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work Subtitling or translation studies Subtitling software experience Eligible to work in Spain Desired skills: Degree in subtitling/translation Fluent in other European languages Familiarity with translation tools Location: Madrid, Spain Start date: Immediate (6 month duration).
