Requisitos: Characteristics which we are looking for: You must be highly motivated, with leadership skills, competitive and focused. You must also be energetic, assertive, and able to easily handle rejection. You are self-starter, continuously thinking how to improve existing processes, doing things better and not holding by preset boundaries. Highly organized, with good attention to details and follow up You must have 2-3 years of experience in managing mass debt collection process. Ability to work under time pressure Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Technical knowledge we would appreciate: Degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar; Advanced knowledge of MS Office; specially excel Strong analytical; Positive time-management skills; Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations in Spain.
