We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to work for in Holland. You will be involved in the end-to-end development, from gathering & refining requirements to implementing new features. The team consist of a couple of Scrum teams working on a very high-end Webshop environment that is used worldwide . The company is currently working on a transition from the current webshop platform to the new platform (Hybris). As senior you will guide a team of internal & external Java Developers towards best practices developing within the Hybris platform. Together with team members you will specify technical solutions for new business requirements and implementation while maintaining an overview of how the Hybris system integrates with the rest of the IT Landscape. Main responsibilities * Mentoring the team on working within the Hybris platform; * Defining technical solutions for business requirements; * Writing code to satisfy the requirements and specifications; * Documenting changes in the knowledge base & within the code; * Writing manuals for users if creating new functionality; * Assisting team members on other Java applications; * Maintaining a good level of test coverage. Job requirements * Bachelor degree; * At least 5 years' experience in Java / J2EE; * Experience in Hybris; * Knowledge of JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence * Intermediate English level (the first interview and all our meetings are in English).; * Experience with Agile. * Open for self-development * Motivated, driven and enthusiastic We make it easy for you!
