We are looking for a Senior Project Leader for our office in Madrid within the congress department. The ideal candidate has already a wide experience in similar positions covering the following activities. • Planning and budgeting • Sponsorship & Exhibition Management • Financial Management • Ideation of new Projects with potential medical and non medical sponsors • Direct interface with client and sponsors • Executive Management (scientific programme, marketing & promotion strategy of the event, venue and logistics, social events) • Management of hotel allotments for big international and domestic events (selection of hotels and definition of rates and contracts, management of groups and individual reservation)
