We’re looking for a caring, confident customer service Intern to join our Service team and act as the first port of contact for our guests. This is a new team, created with the purpose of consistently amazing our customers.
The service team are a group of customer-focused individuals able to make quick decisions. One minute they’ll be organising arrivals and promoting our additional services, handling queries and solving problems to make sure every guest has a brilliant experience.
That’s why we need a special individual – you have attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly. You’re empathetic and reassuring at all times, and able to understand the needs and motivations of our customers.
What’s more, you’ll have the chance to understand how our operational teams work together, and will learn to evaluate the commercial impact of every decision you make. You’ll have a lot of responsibility from start- you will be accountable and empowered to make those decisions surrounded by an experienced and supportive team.
Skills and experience
You know what is important to our customers, and really enjoy doing it.
You are fully commitment to delivering outstanding service to guests, hosts and internal clients, relentlessly focusing on solutions.
You’re confident on the phone with great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with our clients, both in English and Spanish.
You are comfortable working under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes of plan.
You are able to make decisions quickly and understand the impact your actions will have on the rest of the business.
Important stuff
We’re a 24/7 business, and weekend work is required. The service desk will operate daily from 8:00- 20:00.
