Requisitos: The Configuration Management service is responsible for the following areas:
· Creation of new CIs in ITSM ServiceNow and BAM+ - Application and Infrastructure related
· Archiving and orphaning of decommissioned CIs
· Creation of reports as per requirements defined by stakeholders
· Control and initiation of data verification exercises
Skills & Qualifications:
· The candidate should have 1 - 3 year's experience within a Service Management or IT Production function, i.e. Release Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Software Control & Distribution, Service Management, Problem Management, Help Desk
· Previous knowledge of Change / Release Management theory and practice
· ITIL Understanding Preferably qualified to Foundation level
