GARMENDIA, an expanding international company global leader in License Management and Compliance Services, is seeking a driven individual who can manage manage complex audit technical analysis for worldwide License Compliance Program. POSITION SUMMARY Candidate will be joining Garmendia’s Global IT Services Unit as Software Developer in Madrid, responsible for developing technical measurement tools to support worldwide License Management and Compliance Program for Oracle applications RESPONSIBILITIES • Research, develop and maintain technical measurement tools designed to determine Oracle customers’ software deployment and usage to support License Management and Compliance Program for Oracle applications. • Assess and decide best solutions for measuring Oracle applications usage. • Act as the expert in Oracle technical measurement tools to both internal and external parties.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of experience in software development. • Degree in Computer Science. • Experience with oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL languages. • Unix Shell scripting, MS-DOS batch programming. • VB Scripting and Powershell. • Java and Python is an advantage. • Experience in using Unix/Linux, Mainframe and Windows operating systems. • Good understanding of computer networks and architectures • Familiarity with Oracle products is an advantage. • Result orientation. • Able to work both independently and in a team environment. • Strong planning & Project management skills. • Problem solving & decision making. • Flexibility, responsiveness & change management oriented. • Fluency in English is an advantage.
