Requisitos: Professional experience working as a software engineer Programming skills in Perl and UNIX shell scripting Experience with complex script workflow in a large-scale environment Performance and tuning of UNIX environments Create SQL reports (Oracle, PostgreSQL) Fluent in written and spoken English Very good analytical and good communication skills Able to work well independently and as part of a global team knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP TCP/IP, routing, switching, ...) Responsibilities: Design, engineering and introduction of new processes for the Global Network Management application based on Remedy Action Request System software Planning, programming, testing and implementation of complex script work-flow (Perl, UNIX shell scripting) which interacts with network devices(Cisco, Arista, F5, ...), network services (DNS, DHCP) and relational databases through different APIs (BMC, XML, SOAP..) 3rd level technical support, documentation and troubleshooting
