RESPONSABILITIES:
- Correspondence with clients overseas both in writing and over the phone
- Prepare trip proposals in English
- Prepare costing sheets for individual and group travel
- Liaise with company suppliers in Spain regarding trip confirmations and arrangements
- Prepare and oversee client documentation ensuring smooth and flawless travel arrangements
- Become main point of contact for clients traveling in Spain
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Native English speaker and fluent in Spanish (or perfectly bilingual in both languages).
- Must possess excellent organization skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Minimum of two year‘s work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment displaying speed, precision and accuracy
- Diligent, conscientious, hardworking, calm under pressure and when dealing with deadlines
- Team player
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Absolute must understand customer service orientation, employing diplomacy in all interactions.
Last and most importantly SALES… ultimately the candidate needs to be able to “sell” trips to mostly US travel agents and direct clients
