We have an exciting opportunity for a charismatic Retail Manager who can lead the team in maximizing the overall profitability of a high fashion luxury stores in your area. As a Retail Manager you will oversee all aspects of the operations, sales generation and leadership while inspiring your team to create an excellent customer service. The responsibilities of a Retail Manager include: • Mentoring, coaching and developing your staff. • Driving sales and profitability, KPI management and budget control. • Setting exceptional standards of Visual Merchandising, brand identity and premium retail standards. • Stock management. • Overseeing clientelling and customer service. • Overseeing operations to include stock loss, compliance, back of house standards and communication. • Regularly analyze sales performance, maximizing strengths & reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement • Acting as a brand ambassador in behavior, building strong relationships between the staff and with clients. • Conduct regular meetings with the stores staff and maintain daily communications binder. Train, delegate and supervise staff to develop and maintain individual selling goals, customer service and product knowledge skills. • Sharing best practice with your teams, working with commercial reports and being competitor aware.

You must be ambitious for the stores continuous success and growth, in addition to being innovative and an added value to make this business grow. • Experience with the luxury retail sector. • Commerciality and proven history of driving sales and profitability. • Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets through inspirational leadership, coaching and customer service. • Proactive with a strong sense of autonomy. • Action orientated and able to distance manage effectively. • A creative problem solver. • Self-starter who learns quickly. • Takes ownership and delivers. • Previous experience in a fast pace environment. •To speak fluent English is a must.
