In our operations team you are responsible for caring for client infrastructures in the areas of: - Citrix infrastructure (Citrix XenApp, Citrix Desktop, PVS etc.) - Citrix Netscaler - Windows server and client systems - Applications management (packaging, distribution) - Troubleshooting and operational work in Citrix and Windows environments - Client care focusing on quality and communication - Ensuring the stability of Citrix infrastructures and required peripheral systems - Planning and executing maintenance as well as coordinating and undertaking modifications and small projects with our clients and third party manufacturers - Collaboration in change management, problem management and incident management - Automation of recurring tasks and documentation updating
