Requisitos: Training, knowledge, experience, competencies.
· Bachelor of Science in Computer or Communication Engineering Technology or two years demonstrable experience in similar position.
· High knowledge of networks and systems in distributed environments, email and telematics.
· High technical knowledge in Help Desk environments.
· Clearly focused in multi-client environment.
· Advance leadership and excellent management skills with proven experience leading a team of IT Support members. Committed to team working, attentive to the customer and focused on services. Self-motivated individual. At least two years experience in a similar job.
