In your position you will be asked to create comprehensive, system-wide IT security concepts in a complex system landscape. You will also analyse and monitor achieved level of safety ("gap analysis" for Information Security Policy) as well as design and carry out risk analysis for existing and planned IT systems. At the same time the Information Security Officer must be aware of the implications of legislated requirements that impact security for the company. That`s why conduct threat analysis for critical information assets and develop measures to increase the information security will be an additional requirement of the role. You`ll control and monitor the implementation of measures. Furthermore, plan and conduct safety audits in accordance with recognized standards in the company, in IT suppliers and partner companies. Moreover, you will establish an enterprise security framework through directing policy, architecture and training processes. The tasks will include selecting appropriate security solutions and overseeing vulnerability audits and assessments as well as support and train employees in all aspects of IT security.
