Requisitos: Experience: - 2-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience on implementing Workday HCM. - 2-3 years of experience on other HCM solutions such as SAP HR, Success. - Factors or Oracle HCM Cloud. - Proven experience in Business and Systems Integration. - Delivery/execution experience. - Fluent in English. - Workday HCM Core certification preferred. Skills: - Ability to define the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components. - Understand an ERP or complex SaaS system to perform functional tasks. - Ability to define requirements/ timing of integration and identify alternative solutions that best fit the client needs. - Transform large data sets and format them to various outputs using Excel, XML, and XSLT tools. - Knowledgeable in Workday Studio and/or Core Connectors,Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations,Field mapping will be a plus.
