We currently have vacancies for waiters/waitresses for our Fuerte Hotels in Marbella. Waiting staff will need to carry out the following duties: a) Prepare food stations for serving food and drinks. b) Take food and drink orders from guests. c) Assist with setting up and dismantling of food stations. d) Monitor and review stock used in the food stations. e) Deal with customers’ complaints directly. f) Greet guests, show them to their tables, seat them and inform them accordingly. g) Take orders and serve drinks. h) Bill and charge guests. i) Review and monitor stock supplies. j) Transport the necessary cooking utensils and equipment. k) Perform culinary skills such as flambé , cutting, carving and filleting fish, in front of guests. l) Cooperate with your direct superior in the preparation and organization of special events. m) Inform and advise guests on the food content of the dishes and how they are cooked. n) Carry out any other functions requested by your direct supervisor within your range of skills.
