Our client is a market leader in agriculture and provides innovative and high-end products and services all around the world.
For their Customer Service team, they are looking for a talented person to join their offices in the surroundings of Barcelona (Martorell). You will be the first contact point for customers for all order related issues and acts as an interface with other departments.
As Customer Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Managing the whole process of customers' orders
- Handling calls and emails, providing useful information to customers and update them
- Suggesting optimal solutions to the client's requests in accordance with internal procedure
- Works with transportation and communicate with different department (Sales, accounting...)
- Assigning and modifying data in the CRM system (SAP and JD Edwards) and doing the follow-up
- Backup for other team members
