• Resolve billing issues, service questions and general client concerns • Must speak English & Spanish, others languages are an advantage. • Reliable and punctual • 1 or 2 years in similar position • Must be between 20 to 35 years • Must be from Mijas / Fuengirola / Marbella • User level knowledge office package • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times • Monday to Friday from 9.30 hrs. to 18.30 hrs. • Good verbal and written communication skills.
