Working with commercial management and reporting to the Resort Operations Director, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent member/guest experience, ensuring exceptional services in all F & B areas while maximising revenue and profit opportunities, in a spirit of continual improvement. Our ideal candidate will have considerable experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets to a high end standard within a relaxed and creative setting.
