A prominent UK Hotel & Resort company is recruiting for a Holiday Maker to be based at their Resorts in Malaga. As one of our Holiday Makers you will provide exceptional customer service to the many thousands of families who visit our Resorts throughout the year. The Holiday Makers are the face of the company and will ensure that our customers are taking advantage of and enjoying the many activities, events and services available to them during their holiday. The roles will ideally suit highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who take a pride in customer service, enjoy going that extra mile and in achieving goals and targets. You may already be employed in customer service, hospitality or sales promotion or indeed a graduate looking to begin a career in the industry. Full training will be provided. Key Tasks & Skills: - Assist customers on Resort with holiday reservations. - Proactively seeking opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services - Customer focused and can listen to the customer to identify opportunities and needs - Excellent communication skills and have the ability to build a rapport - Self-motivated - Ability to understand products and introduce them to customers - Strong English language - PC literate 40 hours per week to include weekend working. Salary plus commission
