Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Resort Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Resort based Reps to deliver VIP customer service at all times. You will plan your Reps rosters to ensure they are visiting our customers at their hotels at the optimum times to be on hand to give their great insider knowledge of the resort and recommendations of excursions we provide to match their needs to ensure they have a great Jet2holiday.
