My client, a long established successful manufacturing company providing solutions for industrial and singular architecture, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering construction projects, depending on the Architecture Division Manager. He will be responsible for promoting our metal products for facades to international customers. His focus will be on generating quotation opportunities from a range of both new and existing customers worldwide, relying on preset contacts by the General Management. He will support the needs of existing customers, as well as actively seeking out potential new opportunities, using his strong construction knowledge. He will be responsible for the study, preparation, presentation and awarding of tenders with the support of managers from the technical, logistical, legal and financial departments. He will be involved in projects at pre and post contract stage. Working as Project Manager of the awarded projects, coordinating of the areas involved in the development, planning, production, delivery, billing, etc. Managing dates, milestones and associated costs for each project.
