Requisitos: Strong customer service work experience
Excellent level of English language and Spanish are essential
Either intermediate level of French or Portuguese language is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of T&AB product portfolio is a large advantage.
Intermediate data entry background and comfort level
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Analytical skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Proactive, positive and ready to go the extra mile.
Availability to work various shift if required.
Personal confidence and ability to thrive in a team environment
Beginner to Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office products
