Requisitos: Candidate Profile. * Demonstrated experience of contac centre and/or customer service enviroments, preferably travel. * Demonstrated experience in Atlas. * Ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, therfore a high standard of grammar is required. * With Dutch or German native, English and Spanish high if possible * Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills.
