Requisitos: Requirements
-Degree in Business Administration or Finance with at least 3 years of working experience in a consulting company, Big 4 or transactional finance related role.
-Proficient in English and good knowledge of Spanish (English will be the business language).
-Strong knowledge of finance processes/internal controls.
-Strong analytical, planning and organization skills.
-Highly organized, driven and results oriented.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Communicate with Impact, understanding clients, leading change, playing to win).
-Team player spirit with ability to influence and motivate Teams.
-Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access and Power point).
-Good understanding of IT environment and systems, ERP experience is a must.
-End-to-End Order-to-Cash process knowledge would be an asset.
