Requisitos: Education:
Essential
* Graduate level degree in HR or related topic
* Learning and Development certifications or qualifications
Desirable
* Accreditation in facilitation
* Accreditation in coaching
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an L&D function - ideally in a regional capacity
* Proven track record in sales training, including sales effectiveness and technical training
* Development and implementation of sales competency framework
* Responsible for full training cycle including design, facilitation and evaluation of skills based training
* Managing multiple stakeholders (ideally within a matrix-structure organization)
* End to end program management
* Ability to demonstrate ROI and measurement of learning
* Facilitate training to mixed level audiences including manager and senior management audiences
